The Confused Tigerwing, Sweet-oil Tiger, or Lysimnia Tigerwing (Mechanitis lysimnia) is a species of butterfly of the Nymphalidae family. It was described by Fabricius in 1793. It is found in Central and South America, from southern Mexico to Uruguay.
